  • 6 slices bread sourdough works great, but use bread of your choice
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3/4 cup milk alternative soy, almond, coconut
  • 1-2 tbsp cinnamon optional
  1. Heat griddle or pan to a low-medium heat with light coconut oil (or cooking spray)

  2. Blend ripe bananas, milk, and cinnamon in a blender until creamy and smooth

  3. Pour into a wide/flat bowl

  4. Cover each individual bread slice evenly and completely with batter mix

  5. Lay one side down on griddle, cook for 3-5 minutes (checking for burning frequently), flipping, and cooking the other side
