Rich and easy Alfredo sauce.

Servings: 4 people
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onion (white or red)
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  1. Boil 1 cup of cashews in water for 10 minutes

  2. Sautée diced onion in a pan with olive oil (or water) until fully cooked

  3. Drain cashews and add them to a blender or food processor (we use @thenutribullet)

  4.  Add cooked onions, fresh garlic, vegetable broth, and spices, then blend together until creamy

Recipe Notes

Add less or more vegetable broth for preferred creaminess
