Soak noodles (2 options):
A. Bring water to a boil over stove, once boiling, remove pan from stove and soak noodles for 5-7 minutes
B. In a microwave save bowl, large enough to hold noodles, bring water to a boil and soak noodles for 5-7 minutes
In a pan with olive oil (or water), over medium heat, sauté veggies with seasonings of choice (recommended: garlic salt, pepper, red cayenne, sesame)
In a small bowl, water, soy sauce, peanut butter, limes, maple syrup, and garlic cloves stir until smooth
4. Drain noodles
5. Add noodles to pan with vegetables once they are cooked to preference
6. Pour over sauce and stir to mix together completely. Let cook for another 2-3 minutes.
7. Chop fresh green onion and finely chop unsalted peanuts for garnish (optional)
