Delicious tofu scramble in less than 10 minutes.
Slice tofu into 1 inch slices and press (for at least 5 minutes)
Prepare medium fry pan over medium heat with olive oil
Add tofu and scramble with a fork
Add spices and stir to coat (it should turn yellow)
Add vegetable broth and stir well
Let cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently
The longer tofu is pressed, the better it will cook and taste.
Substitute olive oil for coconut, or vegan butter for a creamier taste.
