Delicious & filling peanut butter and jelly oatmeal.

  • 1/2 cup organic rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or water)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 tbsp raw walnuts
  • 1 tbsp raw organic cacao nibs
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter (earth balance)
  • Dash cinnamon
  • Dash brown sugar
  • drizzle organic honey (maple syrup or agave)
  1. Combine rolled oats with water (or milk) in a saucepan and heat on medium-high, until boiling, stirring frequently

  2. Pour into bowl, adding cinnamon and a dash of brown sugar

  3. Top with sliced banana, raspberries, cocoa nibs, walnuts, and peanut butter
