Spring has sprung down here in Atlanta so we stocked up on some seriously good stuff this past weekend from the opening day of a local farmers market.
What better way to use a bunch of fresh kale than to throw together a simple, nutrient packed, “berry” simple smoothie for breakfast?
We also got fresh parsley which we added into our 4 step Alfredo sauce this afternoon for lunch.
Both of those amazing and super easy recipes wouldn’t be possible without or Ninja Blender. It’s great for the smoothies and sauces we’ve made so far. It’s a one-stop shop, especially for beginners.

Berry Simple Smoothie
Energy packed berry smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup water
- 4 pitted dates
Instructions

1. Using a Nutribullet, Vitamix, or Magic Bullet combine all ingredients and blend until smooth

Too thick? Add more water.
