3 Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

3 Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

Pumpkin Spice 3 Ingredient Pancakes are healthy and perfect for all chilly weather. This simple, plant-based, recipe requires little effort, little equipment, and are perfect for relaxed weekend mornings!

Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

Pumpkin Spice might seem “basic”, but I have to say, this Fall twist on these healthy pancakes are worth being basic for.

I wasn’t sure how these were going to turn out, or if the flavor was going to be strong enough just using the pumpkin spice “spice”, but I was really pleased with the flavor. If it was anything more, it would have been too much!

Just 3 ingredients: 2 ripe bananas, 1/4 cup almond milk, and 1 cup oats plus about 1-2 tsp of pumpkin spice and dark chocolate morsels (optional).

We always cook pancakes in coconut oil and these we topped with organic maple syrup for a true Fall flavor.

Here are a couple of the different variations we’ve made so far of these pancakes:

The original “OG” recipe (which is also used as a base for the rest),

Summer Strawberry and Dark Chocolate (which look and taste incredible),

As well as our more earthy twist, Matcha!
